Weight cut planner · For combat athletes

Make weight.
Not mistakes.

WeighCamp tells you if your cut is safe before you start, then plans every day to the scales: calories, macros, water, fight week and refuel. Built on published sports science, not gym folklore.

How it works

From weigh-in date
to fight night.

Enter your weight, your class and your weigh-in. WeighCamp does the maths the way the research says to, and refuses to plan a cut that could hurt you.

01

Get a verdict

Safe, tight or refused, before you lose a gram. A refused cut gets a safer weight class or a later date instead of a plan.

02

Follow your camp

Calories, protein, carbs, fat and water for every day to the scales, at a pace that keeps your strength. Log food by search or barcode, and your weigh-ins and training.

03

Fight week and refuel

Low fibre, low carb and, for day-before weigh-ins, water loading, only when you need them. Then a rehydration and refuel plan for the hours before you fight.

Safety first

Built to say no.

Most cut advice is passed down the gym. WeighCamp follows the 2025 ISSN position stand on combat sports weight cutting and other published research, takes the cautious end of every range, and checks your health app readings against your own baseline.

Questions

Good to know

Who is WeighCamp for?

Fighters making weight for MMA, boxing, BJJ, wrestling, judo, Muay Thai, kickboxing and other weight-class sports, and the coaches who look after them. Same-day and day-before weigh-ins are both covered.

Is it medical advice?

No. WeighCamp is a planning tool based on published research. It is not a doctor or dietitian, and it tells you to stop and get medical help if warning signs appear. If you have a medical condition, check with a professional before cutting weight.

Why would it refuse my cut?

If the weight you want to lose in the time you have goes past the limits in the research, or would leave you underweight, WeighCamp will not plan it. It shows a safer class or a later date instead.

Can under-18s use it?

13 to 17 year olds use Youth mode, which allows gradual loss only and needs a parent to approve the plan with a code sent to their email. WeighCamp is not available to under 13s.

What happens to my data?

Your plan and logs are stored securely in the EU so they sync across your devices. Health app readings are checked on your phone; only a weight or food total you choose to add is saved to your plan. We do not sell data or show ads. See the privacy policy.
