Restore a purchase
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
Cancel a subscription
iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, WeighCamp. Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, WeighCamp. A camp pass does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
Payments are taken by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or your Google Play order history for Android.
Sign-in emails
Sign-in and parent approval emails come from [email protected]. If one does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Youth mode and parent approval
13 to 17 year olds need a parent or guardian to approve their plan. The parent receives a 6-digit code by email, valid for 72 hours, and types it into the athlete's phone.
