Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open WeighCamp and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my WeighCamp account”. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your sign-in details, profile (birth year, sex, height), cut plans, weigh-ins, food and training logs, consent records and any parent approval records.

What is kept

Copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days. Records of purchases are kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider RevenueCat for as long as they need for tax and fraud prevention. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
