WeighCamp

Terms of Use

Effective 3 October 2026 · Version 1.0

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the WeighCamp app and website, operated by Aaron Parry, trading as WeighCamp, England (“we”, “us”). By using WeighCamp you agree to them. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must agree too.

2. Not medical advice

WeighCamp is a planning tool based on published sports science. It is not medical, nutritional or dietetic advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or qualified coach. Cutting weight carries real risks. Stop immediately and get medical help if you feel dizzy, faint or confused, have chest pain or an irregular heartbeat, pass no urine for 8 hours, are vomiting, or have severe cramps or headache. Do not use WeighCamp if you have, or have had, an eating disorder, or a heart, kidney or other medical condition, without your doctor's approval.

3. Who can use WeighCamp

You must be at least 13. Users aged 13 to 17 use Youth mode, which needs approval from a parent or guardian. You must give accurate information; plans depend on it.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

5. Purchases

The safety check is free. WeighCamp Pro is available as a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers), a monthly subscription, or a one-off 16-week camp pass. Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store or Google Play account settings. A camp pass does not renew; buying another adds 16 weeks. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, try to access other people's data, or copy or resell WeighCamp's content or plan engine.

7. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep WeighCamp accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or always available. You are responsible for decisions about your own body and training. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes. You can stop using WeighCamp at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring claims in your local courts.
